A relative has worked for them for years and she says they are paying as they don't want negative publicity. Just dragging their feet as it's new work and doesn't earn them profit, of course!

Good luck! Rob

I haven't sued them over bank charges but I simply went into the branch with my father (who is a well known lawyer) and they agreed to refund the charges straight away. If this is the measures I have to go to just to get a bit of money back (which was their faults in the first place), whats the point in banking with them. always remember though, don't try and sue a large company unless you feel you are 200% in the right because if not, they will ask for a huge amount of compensation.
