Don't pay attention to prejudging people who don't know the real you. Be yourself, be and individual, be happy with yourself. That's all that matters.
I had the same problem for so many years. I have large breasts and it seems they are equitable with low IQ. My college GPA 3.75. My IQ 131.
F*** what everyone else thinks and just be as open minded and independent as you wish. Your hair color is very shocking, but shows you to be a free thinker. Keep up the good work.

Pink is associated with 'fun' not with 'serious'. Fun and intelligence aren't closely associated in people's minds.
If you want to get a job, you should probably die your hair to something a bit less expressive. Let your words and actions speak, instead of your hair.

actually I have the opposit presumption. Most people I meet with pink hair are rather intellectual. Generally the free thinking type.

I am assuming that is you in your avatar. I think your hair colour is beautiful, and you should keep it.
People just assume that, because pink is not really a colour most people would dye their hair.

I think it depends on where you live. People in urban areas are use to seeing people that express themselves in different ways. In the suburbs not so much everyone tries to be the same.

For the same reason that they think I'm a drug-dealer or a rock-star (I have long hair), they are prejudiced by their past experiences. Knowing this, we can choose to conform to other people's expectations, or to endure their biases. I have made my choice, & it sounds like you are seeing yours, now...
Good luck!

because they are judging you from the outside; they think you are only doing it to get attention, not to express your self
