Maybe EVERYDAY is a bit much..depends on the amount of sardines you are eating each day I would imagine. Sardines are rich in Omega Fat...wonderful for the heart and body in general. Do you know a nutritionist that you could ask? Your doctor? Sounds harmless and good for you if, like anything else...eaten in moderation.

Is Sardines Good For You

The fat in sardines is primarily Omega 3 fatty acids- which are good for you. If they're packed in oil, you are getting other fats which are not as good for you. You'd have to eat a lot of sardines in a day to get fat from it.

Sardines as any other fish is very good for you as it contains only mostly good fats(omega 3)but it depends on the sauces that you eat with it, sardines usually go great with tomatoes which are good for you also, but not sugary sauce like ketchup. The sauce that comes in the tinned sardines is usually fine.So enjoy them as long as its not every single meal you need other good fresh healthy foods too.VEG ,GRAINS ,PULSES,FRUIT ,NUTS ect.
