I don't think anyone has that much power, unless the someone gives it to them. You can do you best to try and make me miserable, but you could never ruin my life.

I have a flash for you. It is impossible for anyone to completely ruin someones life. Your life will be ruined only if you choose to let it be.
You are the master of your own fate, the captain of your own ship. The only one who can sink your life is you.
