We cats have never had a problem with going about 'au naturel'. But then we do have beautiful soft fur coats, not that ugly pink skin that humans have!

You cats were not the cause of sin in the world. Ever since that event, we humans have gone around with an ingrained sense of shame, which affects the way we treat our bodies. Some attempt to fight that shame in themselves, but it really doesn't seem to be too successful.

Humans have thoughts, and culture. We both glorify our bodies - as well as hide them. In the bible wearing clothes is the result of having eaten the fruit of knowledge. Knowledge leads to different types of action than lack of knowledge. The cat doesn't even know it's naked, so why bother? We do know, and do something with that knowledge.
