ok, there is 3 significant issues it must be: a million: Hardware. it ought to easily be that your computing device is dated. Older computers will not be able to be predicted to run on the speeds that new ones do. i've got additionally observed you have have been given a low volume of disk area. it is not good. That restricts courses' expertise to maintain and open records, and must be contributing. attempt deleting some stuff. 2: utility. i've got observed you have have been given 2 antivirus programs. Norton is infamous for being very bloated and slowing down computers critically. i'd propose uninstalling that and the different utility courses you do not use. 3: working device abode windows isn't terrific at lasting on a working laptop or pc for long sessions of time. over the years, logfiles get vast, and records wander away or fragmented. attempt working a disk defrag (start up -> All courses -> upload-ons -> device kit -> Disk Defragmenter) and a disk cleanup. additionally run an epidemic test. If it nonetheless persists, examine on line approximately the thank you to format your not basic tension (after backing up, of course) and reinstall abode windows - you would be surprised how at as quickly because it's going to run as quickly as you delete years and years of stuff!

First of all get rid of all that crap. Keep ad-aware and then download avg antivirus. Thats one reason why its so slow. When is the last time you did a disk defrag and a clean up and got rid of programs that you dont use??? That may be a problem. Also you can get more ram.

If you get meaning less popups that say download this(recomended), Than you migh have a Trojan, if thats the case than you might want to update your security. You could have the bandwith setting on your pc set up wrong. You probably don't use a modem, or you system can't read your modem anymore. Or Your System is out dated if that is the case than buy a new system or go to Windows update center. Windows.com.

Go to http://www.mbusbyuk.info/links.html and scroll down to free online scanners. Click the link for Panda ActiveScan and do a full system scan. It will clean and disinfect any suspect stuff it finds.
Good Luck!

Are all your definitions up to date? My first guess is ad-ware or viruses too.
Another thing you can try is running a defrag: Sometimes files get fragmented, and that can slow things considerably.
