One litre = 1000 cm^3
One cubic metre = 100 * 100 * 100 cm^3
1, 000, 000 cm^3. That's = 1000 litres.
A kilolitre (if that's what you mean) is going to be a thousand litres. So dividing by 1000 again gives 1kl.

1 cc = 1 mL
1000 cc = 1 L
1000 x 1000 cc = 1 cubic M = 1000 x 1 L = 1 kilo Liter
or
100 centimeter = 1 meter
100^3 cubic centimeter = 1^3 cubic meter
1 cubic centimeter = 1 milli Liter
1000 cubic centimeter = 1000 milli Liter = 1 Liter
hence,
1 M^3 = 1 kilo Liter
I think this is correct. I am in a hurry that I can not review more.

Think about Car Engines. Their sizes are given in Litres where 1 Litre is 1000cc [ or 1000cm^3 ]. Converting cm^3 to m^3 gives 1 Litre = 0.001m^3. Now divide both sides by 0.001 to arrive at 1m^3 = 1000 Litre. You Mention LPG - Liquid Petroleum Gas?. It doesn't matter what the Media is unless you talk of Mass from Density.
