This is probably a dumb question so please be kind! I've tried typing in Word Processor using the 'insert symbols' grid, then copying and pasting onto the email, but it takes ages - is there a quicker way I should know about? Thank you!

Learn the ALT codes for the letters you use. See the link. Or use the HTML equivalents.

Just go oto Word and instead of doing the symbol grid each time, change the ALT codes into something you'll remember easily (only 1 or 2 numbers) and write them down so you won't forget. This is what I do and it doesn't take a very long time.
