I work at a Liquor store and get paid with pure cash, and I go to school. Last week I worked a total of 45 hours and made 185 dollars, and got no paycheck stub. This has been going on for weeks. Should I report them and quit?

They are really nice, but I know they are taking advantage of me. Is it even legal for someone under 21 to work at a Liquor Store.

The advantage of being paid in cash is that you dont have to report it for taxes (you should) but that's not a good thing. You are receiving no credit under the Social Security system and what your employer is doing is illegal. You probably are not legal to sell liquor and could get in a heap of trouble if you sold to any undercover agent. Quit the job. Make your own moral decision if you want to have your employers get in trouble or not. They will just replace you with someone else who wants to just get paid in cash. Many takers for this kind of job. Your employers are doing illegal things whether they are nice or not.

First, you have to be 18 to either sell or serve liquor, 21 to drink it (some messed up rule that is). As far as being paid cash, employers can legally pay you cash, up to $600.00 a year. Anything above that, they should report. Since you like your employer you might want to talk to them about it and see if they will put you on payroll. A lot of people work for cash and receive more than the $600.00 a year and get away with it. Just keep in mind that if they are caught, not only will they be penalized but so will you.

If you get no paycheck stub, than how do you know how much an hour you've been paid? If you worked 45 hours and got paid $185, than without SS or Fed Taxes withheld that is $4.11 per hour. That is below minimum wage, and illegal, unless your considered wait staff. If they are withholding money from you for SS and taxes, how do you know how much? But, more importantly are they paying it, or just taking it from you? Either way, it's stealing from Uncle Sam or from you. Doesn't sound very reputable to me. What if you get hurt on the job? If you are not a employee of record, than they are not paying workers compensation fees for you.
Even if this company is nice to work for, they are breaking all kinds of major Federal laws!

Are you making money? Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
If you are not comfortable with this arrangement then just leave. There's no need to report them unless you want to live with the fact that you may put someone out of business for trying to give you a job. How are they taking advantage of you? You're not being forced to work there are you? Just go if you don't like it but don't mess with someones livelihood. There are worse evils in this world than someone paying an employee in cash.

Before you do any of that, call the employment bureau in your area and ask questions. You should be getting a pay slip. As for being under 21, in bars, you can work past the age of 18. You just can't drink (legally) til you're 21.
