Do the B's have a chance at the playoffs? They have won 4 straight, but what will happen?

If they keep playing like they've been playing of late they will get in forsure. (If they play the kind of hockey they are playing now, it doesn't matter what anyone else does ahead of them, they should be able to get in).

They can't afford to start losing again though, one little slump and they can kiss the season goodbye.

-- I'm from Toronto, and hoping the Leafs get that last spot, but all of a sudden i've hoped onto the Bruins bandwaggon.

Gotta love the Kessel, Bochenski, Sturm line.

The bruins are in 11th place in the Eastern Conference as of 2/24 with 60 games played witch is 1.5 games less that the average amount of games played. There only 5 points out for the 8th and last playoff spot. So they do have a shot at still getting in. I'm not sure of there schedule but just looking at the standing id say they still have a shot. Florida Washington and Philly are all out of the playoff race in the eastern conference but there they only 3 teams i would rule out.

They have a very good chance.

The last few years teams like Calgary, Tampa and Edmonton have scraped into the playoffs with late season charges.
They then have used that momentum to produce lengthy playoff runs as well.

Boston seems to have tightened up defensively and that's something you need to do to be successful in the playoffs.

6 of their last 21 games are against Montreal and Atlanta, two teams they are chasing, so they will pretty much have to take 10 or 12 points away from those games. They only play 5 games against teams out of the race. and they play 10 games against playoff teams. So I would say their chances are pretty slim

As long as Tim Thomas is still a brick wall between the posts when you need him we have a chance. When hes off the whole team usually is.

As a team they do very little to help Tim Thomas.
