For any XP system, open your browser, click on "Tools" in the menu bar (not an icon, the words tools should be there. If not hold down the Alt button and press T) go down the menu, if there is a "Delete browsing history..." click it, if not go down to "Internet Options." Make sure you are under the "General" tab (look at the top of the internet options windows for this tab). There will be a "Delete/Clear history" button or "Delete Browsing history" button, click on it. And answer yes to the "are you sure you want to delete your browsing history.

Thanks,
Charlie

How do I clear my web browser's cache?

Each time you access a file through your web browser, the browser caches (stores) it. In this way, the files (including any images on the page) do not have to be retrieved anew from the remote web site each time you click the Back or Forward buttons. You should periodically clear the cache to allow your browser to function more efficiently.
