english and language in general are not considered as far as I know parts of personality.
This question shouldn't be posted on horoscope section, personality does not have so much to do with it.
When you will define personality and improvment u may get the result you wanted.

You should see what looks good on you what color and hair style try different styles and then decide what you think is better 4 u.

Concentrate on people and what's going on around you. Genuinely care. Ask people genuine questions, respond to their questions with care, smile, reach out and touch them, even shake their hands with care, be polite, and develop interests that other people respond positively to and respect. And, don't worry about your personality - it will blossom when you concentrate on the world around you and you will learn that people are usually responsive to other people if you show an interest in them. Don't talk about yourself primarily.
