How do i begin my experiment?

I am doing a science experiment involving me testing various food objects and comparing them as to how long each takes to grow mold. Where can i find websites that will help me with the guidelines for this experiment?

y dont u try keeping food uncovered and find out how long it takes?bread 4 instance takes about one and half days to get spoilt,
u can try vegetables like pumkin,tomato etc.. but u ve got to cut it and sprinle sum water it`ll,make the fungus grow coz fungi grows in moist places
i havent checked out any sites try yahoo or google
