It's nice and cool today and it has put me in the mood to do some baking. I'm making a fresh batch of oatmeal raisin for my family (it's my way of making healthy junk food). I have the ingredients to make whatever you want. What kind do you want me to whip up for you? Don't forget to leave me a star for thinking about you!

I love oatmeal raisin cookies with a glass of cold milk. Thank you! I don't mind helping. Would you like for me to wash the dishes?

Tough question, but I'm going to have to go with a hometown favorite - "POLVORONES". Now I'm homesick! Here it is: [Puerto Rican Recipes] POLVORONES Ingredients: (makes about 60 1-inch cookie balls) 2 cups wheat flour, sifted 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup cooking oil 1 egg at room temperature 2 tbsp butter, softened pinch of salt Procedure: Blend sugar slowly into the oil. Add the egg, salt and butter and blend thoroughly. Blend the flour in, slowly and thoroughly. Roll the resulting dough into 1-inch balls and place in an ungreased cookie sheet, flattening each ball slightly with the palm of your hand. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Farenheit for 10 minutes. Serve warm as dessert or as a treat anytime throughout the day. In the rare event that they are not devoured immediately, Polvorones will keep in a cookie jar for several days.

I'll take some of those oatmeal raisin cookies, thank you. And some chocolate chip, and some sour cream cookies. I'll happily compensate you for your time and trouble. Thanx.

The only cookie I like is Tollhouse Chocolate Chip cookies.
I don't want to mess up your poll, so just let you know I am not a fan of desserts, or sweets.
