of course he is! mean hearted people will try to tell you anything! so do not believe them! I know that santa is real because for christmas this year my kids got heaps of really cool toys, bikes and pools and computer games that cost HEAPS of money! I couldent afford to buy them such wonderfull things! {i was very broke} So santa did it for them you see.He is such a jolly wonderfull person! Mums the world over would be in tears every christmas, because they couldent afford to buy the toys! if it wasent for this lovley man! So be extra good this year and have faith and he will return in december...sure as clockwork!

The legend of Santa Claus was built on a Bishop Nicholaus in the 4th century. CE.
He was doing good for children and the poor and needy.
After Nicklaus died, and was declared a Saint; the legend of Sant Nicklaus was told in other countries and cultures. Gradually the name evolved to Santa Claus.
