SIR Alex Ferguson wanted his team including Gary Neville to remain on the pitch following the show of the biggest cry babies i.e. LOSC Lille & gary tried to convince the Lille players to continue with the match following that goal controversy

Today they didn't, Neville was just being rested for the second leg of the Lille game.
In the Lille game it was over whther or not United players should be getting involved in the Lille walk off or not.

what today or the other night? If you mean the other night it was to do with neville getting involved with the Lille players when they were going to go off.

It was whether Gary was right to try and talk Lille Players in to resuming the game.
Alex was telling him not to get involved and leave it to the ref.

it was the fact none of the man u players should be getting invovled if the lille (other team) players wanted to walk off he was telling him to act responsible and keep out of it.
