No President orchestrated Watergate. Nixon supposedly learned of the break-in after the fact and assisted in the cover-up, which is what got him in trouble (Aiding in a cover-up is considered to be as bad as the original crime itself). But it is generally accepted that Nixon did not know before hand of the break-in and no evidence has ever been presented to the contrary.

President Nixon did not orchestrate the break in. However, men who worked for his campaign did. When President Nixon found out about it, he lied, and tried to cover it up. He did not, however, orchestrate the break in.

The criminal Richard Nixon, who was forced to resign - the first in our history to do so.....and he was a REPUBLICAN.....

He was also one mentally sick whacko......sorta like the current Repub in Washington.
