Well the easiest way is to download the new 8.0 Adobe Reader and do a search within the program It has a new feature that allows you to search the web for PDF files. Or you can do a seach on google for.PDF and see what comes up. I like the first one better.

If your looking for files on your PC, go to Start > Search > Search for Files and Folders and type *.pdf in the search box. It will find every PDF file on your system.
If you want to search the web for PDFs, enter your search term, then leave a space and type filetype:pdf. For example, "eBook filetype:pdf " (without the quotes) returns 394,000 eBook hits.

*.PDF files means portable file format which can be viewed on adobe acrobat reader. Noramlly, pdf files is used to store ebooks or tutorials, usuallly documents with pictures. If you mean how to find the file in the Iternet, you can make a serch containing ebook..you'll get tons of results.
