I only slept like 3 1/2 hours and have to go out at like 10 at night and will be out late. I dont want to go looking all dull skinned, puffy and sunken and i dont want to feel blah (im no fun when im blah).

Please dont tell me go back to bed because i tried and cant plus have tons of chores to do and i cant bail out because it is an important occasion for a friend.

Please help me. Tell me what to do.

i take a shower in the morning to help wake me up and when i come out i feel really good and awake dont kno if this will help u but give it a try

Actually it's bad for you to sleep just 3 and half hours but if you have to then try eating some good engergy giving food or snacks so later you dont feel tired or something and remember RED BULL GIVES YOU WING lolz hahaha when I am sleepy or tired i always drink that and it makes me energetic heheh hope this helps chheers..

Have a mini-spa - fill a bowl with warm water and maybe some essential oil (just a few drops) then hold your head over it with a towel over your head. It opens your pores etc etc

Afterwards, moisturise ^_^ a touch of make up or concealer under your eyes will make you look more awake, too.

eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water!!!!!!!! orange juice gives energy too!!!
You can also take some vitamin pills
(Some blush for red healthy looking cheeks and concealer always works :-) )

But you have to know that no tip or supplement can replace a good night sleep.

drink a lot of water, if you have some Preparation H then put it on your face. If you do not have Preparation H then use Alum or Witch Hazel astringent.

energy drinks work well and won't leave you blah and i think they sell some in bars as well in stead of alcohol it should give you the boost you need.....just don't drink more than two..

go to sleep like at 6 to7 so you still look fresh and stay fresh and if you sleep wide you can get up and fix your self up
