Spam eh? what is the ingredients that goes in there anyway? I tend to spay away from can food .. any kind of can food not just SPAM. Go with the fresh stuff.. it does the body good! :)

Lightly brown the spam, then toss in a can of heated BBQ'd beans, heat slwly while you make some scrammbled eggs. When eggs are done serve. Have a bowl of fruit with it to make it a little healthy.
