You should use a darker pink on your eyelids then put a darker brown on the creases of your eye lids. Take alittle a shimmery color and put it from your eyebrows to your creases. Then take a dark purple liner and add it to the top lashes and inside of your bottom lashes. Finish off when two coats of mascara. This look well make your brown eyes pop and well be noticable but not to much.

For a winterfest, you should try a silver or light blue. These colors go with a black dress. Since it is a party, shimmery colors are ok.

Put a gold, coppery tone eyeshadow on your lids. Then in the crease put a darker shade (brown). Highlight your browbone with some white. Next, use a coraly color on your cheeks & cheekbones. Then put some pink lipgloss.

Have fun!

Try using eyeshadows that compliment your skin tone, almost duplicating it. HOW TO:
Sweep a nuetral shade of shadow onto your lids from lashlines to creases, to subtly define shape of your eyes. Then, dust a shimmery shade from your creases to your browbones AND in the inner corners to brighten the eyes.

I would stick to plums, browns, pinks.

But remember if you go with a dramatic eye, go with neutral lips. OR the other way around.
