well both have their interesting traits, but i find that red is very attractive. its the color that represents sexiness, love, passion, anger, willpower and stands out so that people will notice it

Depends on you. Your hair/eye color, skin color. Some colors look better on other people. For me blue looks great and red washes me out. Ask some of your friends/family which looks better on you.

depends on the look you are going for. red is a more showy or glamourous color while blue is a more calm and relaxed color.
Decide if you want to strutt your stuff or if you want to blend in with the croud.
