During a recent TV broadcast to support his denialist stance on crime Mbeki said " One can walk to the SABC studios in Auckland Park without fear of being mugged, robbed or attacked."
A News24 report on 24/7 reported that Jeff Koinange, a CNN journalist, and his wife were attacked and robbed by 4 criminals outside the SABC studios at Auckland Park on Saturday morning. They were robbed of personal items and TV equipment. Neither was injured.
I wonder if the CNN libby's and all the others will still believe the pathological liar Mbeki after this?

Anybody in his right mind would never believe Thabo Mbeki.
Thats why we moved to the UK, the ANC is taking it's time taking
over the countrys finances etc. before it will succumb like Zim.
The only promise they kept is affirmative action.
Would he make his and his partners in crime make their bank
balance particulars available for scrutiny??? Or is there an
African compitition to see who can rape his country to the most
and get away with it????

Has South Africa become as crime-ridden as that? Wow! I used to long to visit Africa, but it really has become a bit of a hellhole. How come the continent that gave us Nelson Mandela also give us places like Ghana and Nigeria and Ivory Coast, and Zimbabwe, and Uganda, and all those crap people! It used to be called the Dark Continent, in the days when it was a good place to go, but surely it is more deserving of that appelation NOW!

Dam man its got back in SA im so glad i moved to England 12 years ago so my children who are 6 and 1 dont have to go through a day worring about what might happen or when is it going to happen. Least they can play outside in the street like i did when i was younger and not have to worry. I feel for the SA's who are still back home and cant do much.

He would lie thats what he is like man.

LMSAO alf ole buddy!!! yuppers - let a few more international journalists be mugged - it won't be so easy for the anc to bury the stats and poo poo the journalists, as they are with the tourists lol. and there'll be less sand for the ostriches to shove their heads under.
