Drew avril lavigne and i wont to know if it is all in proportion.....The link also has one i drew in 2004 when i first started drawing just to show my progress =]

you have improved greatly however it is not quite there.the right side of the picture is slightly off. you need to get a symetrical picture of her so you can get used to drawing her features rather than jump straight in with an offset picture.i would recommend that you dont shade any pics until you can draw her features correctly then it should come out in proportion every time.i dont mean to sound horrible im just trying to help a fellow artist. if possible use a lighter pencil aswell this will help the shadow effect.always base a face on the same structure which is an upside down egg.

Your drawing is brilliant. Yes it is IN proportion, not only is it good for a 14 year old it would be good from any age. And the 2004 drawing which I am amusing you drew when you were 12 is brilliant for someone of that age. Keep up the good work!!!

It's in proportion but there is a bit too much shading on the right hand side.
