My brother changed my moms "title" from Jackie to Administrator. How can i change this?

i wanna download paint so i can do a project but i cant cuz it says i need administator rights. how do i change this?

You don't say what version of Windows you are running, but assuming you are running XP, you need to go into an existing administrator's account (maybe your mom's account), then into Control Panel, then User Accounts. Find your user, select it, and click Properties. Click on the Group Membership tab. Click on Other and choose Administrator from the pull-down menu. Then click OK.

Go to the control panel click on User Accounts click on Change an Account click on the name of the account you want to change then click on Change my Name type in the new name and click Change Name to change you account type it's basically the same as above but this time is stead of change an account click on Change my Account Type and change it from limited to administrator
