Definitely Mayor Adam West. Every time he has a bit on the show I laugh hysterically. I also used to really like Mr. Weed, Peter's old boss, but he's no longer a character on the show.

Hands down Mayor West. It pains me to know that so many people watching that show have no idea who Adam West is... (he was Bruce Wayne/Batman on the hilarious 1960s Batman TV show for those who don't) but I can tell you that I pray at the beginning of every episode that he's in it.
