During spring break.
We live in New Jersery, and my parents want to take a trip to california.
Me and my brother are both in high school. i am in 10th and he is in 12th
at first, he didnt want to go either,
but now he does
and i dont
its all of spring break, and that mean i wont see my friends, or my boyfriend that i have been with for 8 months.
i really dont want to go away.
but i dont know what to tell them!
What do i do?!
Should i go?
i dont have a cell phone, so how would i talk to my friends/ boyfriend?

I think you should go...be with your family...it's a trip you'll remember the rest of your life. I know your friends and boyfriend seem so important to you right now but really family is the most important and you'll have them forever. Friends come and go but family is forever. Most hotels have computers so you can always e-mail your friends. I hope you go cuz I know you'll have a great time!!!

Go. Family time is short lived and important. You will miss your friends, especially your boyfriend. One solution is to get a prepaid cell for the week you are gone. You and your bf can talk every night while you are away. He should either buy it for you or help you with half the cost. Good luck and I hope you enjoy the vacation.

U should talk 2 your parents. Tell them u don't want 2 go and try to stay at 1 of your friend's houses. BEST OF LUCK!!
