You can get parenting class at you local health department. They can show you how to tend to you child in all aspects. Is there a friend you can have stay with you around your due date so you won't be scared? The only hard part of having a baby is getting it here and that wasn't so bad for me. Stay active and walk daily. That will help you with an eaiser labor. When you deliver, they will make sure you can feed and change the baby before you leave the hospital. When you get home make sure you nap while the baby sleeps. Loving comes naturally, and the rest isnt scary once you get that bundle of joy home. Good luck!

if you dont think that you will be able to cope with your baby then see your doctor or midwife asap for advice and support. Having a baby is over whelming but once the baby is born natural maternal instinct will kick in. The most important thing is that you love your baby and can provide proper housing , heating and clothing for him or her. If you dont want a baby then see about adoption or fostering as there are many people out there who would love your baby like their own. You maybe just need some support and your midwife or doctor can/will hopefully give you that. good luck

It will be the best thing ever. I had an oops baby and I can not tell you enough how it changed me and my life for the better. To have someone love you that much is unbelievable. Trust me, there is a reason you are pregnant. Maybe it was the only way this baby can get into the world. CONGRATULATIONS! It's a trying but awesome journey. There are so many people that can not get preggo and you are lucky that you can!!!

you need to add a little bit more info hun. what do you mean if the baby comes? if your pregnant the baby will come... once its here everything will come naturally to you, & if not then just ask for help from friends, family, or they also have support groups at most hospitals.

Help with what?
Do you mean if you start into labour and you are alone?
You will have loads of time to ring an ambulance and get to where you are going to have it.
It's rare for anyone to give birth alone and unattended ;
If it's your first, and it sounds like it,you amy start off with just low backache, or something resembling the start of a period pain.
you may also have a "show" which is a kind of bloodstained discharge. It's the plug of mucus at the top of your cervix which comes away as you start to dilate; and you may also have a rush of water from the vagina, or a slow trickle. ..the waters breaking.
I assure you, you will have lots of time.
First babies usually take at least eight hours to arrive.

There is NO "if" the baby comes, the baby WILL come. Aren't you seeing an OBGYN? If you're not sounds like you need to go immediately. Talk to your Doctor about your concerns, most OB's have a ton of literature available as well. Trying reading some that are specific to your particular concerns.

if you go into labour wait until your contractions are about 4 minutes apart of it your water breask before then. as what you do with the baby the hospital will show you how to change diapers. just care for your baby never shake your baby and ifyou loose patience put your baby in her crib or whatever she has for a bed, somewhere safe and have a 5 min breather congrats and dont worry it will all come natural

this isnt a very detailed question and i'm not really sure what you are trying to ask but if the baby comes out that is giving birth. If you think you are in labor than get to the closest ER asap, especially if it is preterm labor. If you mean what to do after you give birth you hold the baby and than the nurses take him or her to clean them up, very simple process but next time be more spicific of what you are asking.

If you are a first timer then I know that you are scared and feel as though you are not going to know what to do but when the time comes, you will. If it helps any go to www.webmd.com and in the search type in labor and delivery. IT will come up with a lot of options. Click on one of them and read up. Congrats on baby
