my brother changed my moms "title" from Jackie to Administrator. How can i change this?

i wanna download paint so i can do a project but i cant cuz it says i need administator rights. how do i change this?

Go to start, Control Panel, User Accounts, and pick the one you want to change. Once you pick the one you want to change just look for the admin settings

Go into the Admistrator's profile- Click start, go to Control Panel. If this is in classic view (lots of icons) then look on the left and switch to Category view. From there click User Accounts. There you will be able to see exactly who the Administrator is. It's possible that your mom is still the administrator.
