as a umpire in the law of cricket what can one do ,eg can i move the game to a new pitch

at an interval all that can happen to the pitch is lines can get repainted and the dust can be swept off the pitch.

you can repair the pitch but only in the first 5 feet after the popping crease

in a test match it can be rolled at the next batting teams discretion only if the innings is changing
