Have you guys feel pressure by being gays?
Like "I'm gay. I'm minority so I have to be succed, have to be strong that I can protect my self."

I always feel it. The reason that I working out, studying and being a good kid is just because I'm gay. Because I'm minority.

You guys feel it too?And My parents know that I have pressure?
What do I have to do be free?

Of course there is the pressure to. That kind of pressure is advertised to us daily through various media and talk whether directly or innocuously. I am not BIG either and guess what? I'm single... *sigh* :-P Nah but jokes aside, honestly, it's simple. When asked what he finds appealing in a partner, if the guy says a big penis - he just answered everything for you - that he is just looking for sex. When a man answers he is searching for someone compatible with a great personality + sense of humour to love and be loved back... you know he's a keeper. Those size queens will most probably die lonely anyways - actually they're already lonely since all they're in for is sex meaning they only get one night stands meaning that they don't get to wake up next to someone else/that they love but wake up alone and lonely after a night of sex. You'll be fine. :-) Hope this helps.

I am lesbian, but I don't let the kind of pressure get to me, especially since I already give it to myself.

I am on the dean's list at my school, I am smart, and I love to learn, but I am also gay.

Does my sexuality change anything? Of course not. I was a determined person before I accepted the fact that I was gay, and I didn't let the global perception of my life change anything.

If you feel pressured, then step back and revaluate your life. If you don't like what you see, change it. Be who you want to be, not what ever you think that the world wants to you to be. It sounds corny and ridiculous, but whatever. It's true. You need to respect yourself as a person, gay or not, and you need to free yourself by putting your energies into whats important to you now, without calculating your sexuality into the mixture.

Well think of it this way. You can 'think' that you are going to be successful in your endeavors, and with dealing with the pressure and you will be successful in doing that. The people that force pressure on you most likely haven't had to deal with much themselves and need to be looked over. (blown off) Please don't let it get it to you. I guarantee you that gay people will have more rights this year. But the people that are ''gay bashers'' are simple, narrow minded people and need to realize that the world is a diverse place.

Best of Luck

That is a good pressure, it will drive you to develop more of your self. You should always strive to be more and do more. Make the most of your life and use what ever you can to drive you. Good luck.

If it drives you to make a success of your life - then it is all to the good.

Look on it this way, work hard to get to where you want to be and then your being gay will be easier for you.
