Where can I buy ETF's/funds like ZEWMX and ZXMEX not available thru TD Ameritrade, etc...?

Which online broker(s) offer the largest number of funds to purchase with reasonable commissions?

ZEWMX is iShares Malaysia, ZXMEX is SPDR S&P Metals and Mining

1) Gosh13 (above) has a good point.
2) It is not the broker that makes them unavailable, but other agencies: SEC, NYSE, AMEX NASD, etc.
3) Though not the cheapest, TDAmeritrade is reputable, efficient, and has reasonable rates.

Those two are not valid US funds, as they are not in the yahoo or msn databases. What is the name of the funds and what country are they based in?
