The magic eraser products work really well for markers and some ink pen marks. I've found that getting ballpoint markings off takes a lot more effort. The magic eraser does work pretty well, but some ink pens don't come completely off. If your child is like mine and pushed hard while writing on the wall the indentations make it really difficult to get all the ink to come out. The other option is repainting the wall.

there are i am very sure, many products that will remove ballpoint pen. but most will have harmful chemicals, the only cleaning product i buy is good old white vinigar. wether it be for walls floors, sinks and even the cooker. it cuts grease, removes marks. and kills germs. You can scent it by adding lemmon juice. or orange. its easy simple and green not forgetrting very cheap.. You can use it undiluted on stubbon marks with a damp cloth or your use one cup to three cups of water if you are doing floors. have a try. happy cleaning .... If your wall is painted with immulsion. I would sugest that you dilute first.

Try these:
1. regular rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball.
2. an ink eraser VERY GENTLY/white artist's eraser
3. a rolled-up ball of cheap white bread (no crust)
4. Google "remove ballpoint ink" and try everything suggested.

Try spraying hair spray on the affected area, then wipe, using small circular motions with a clean "white" cloth. (not a colored towel or paper towel) Repeat if necessary.
