He really wants to quit...but he keeps getting really bad cravings. How can he quit smoking? We need serious help here.

The easiest way to stop would be for him to check into rehab. He is addicted, and he is gonna need a lot of outside help. Then, after he leaves rehab, I recommend moving somewhere different because the places that he used to usually smoke will trigger his cravings more and more, but rehab will tell you that. If he has to really want to and make evry effort possible. It won't be easy but dealing with the craving is far better than doing it(if he wants it THAT bad)....Good Luck :0

Sounds like you have the same addictive personality.That's not a reason for you to do the same thing. You were exposed to the drugs, so naturally you would eventually try it. Doesn't mean you have to continue!

Tell him to try the nicoderm patch.
And exercise. And take niacin (it's a B vitamin). And drink lots of water.

The easiest way is to find a way to cut his money off. Make sure he has to go through someone before he buys something...

Tell him that he gets no sex until he stops. Guys may want to get high but getting laid is far more important to them.
