I go through stages, but usually I try to buy nutritious things. Sometimes though my trolley looks like I'm a teenager turned loose in the store with unlimited resources and no parent to discipline me when I go home.

I'm married with 2 kids and I still shop like a teenager occasionally.

Ha ha, I used to do that a lot when I first got married, I was like a kid been let loose in a candy store, I'd come home with stuff I didn't really want but bought it just because I could, these days its all healthy food as the pounds have piled on the the scales are shouting one at a time please, now I'm like my mom was and been very disciplined.

Me too,We have six kids so we have a lot of shopping to buy,I,m like you and i still get all the things that i know are unhealthy but i still buy them(for myself not the kid,s)I get lots of fruit for the children,when i fancy some fruit there is never any left so i have to resort to eating a packet of biscuits,It,s so unfair..

Yeah, i do that too at times! All your good intentions go by the wayside when you get to the crisps and chocolate aisle. What is that all about?
