Use your network drive to transfer data to a "shared" folder. If you don't have a network drive, transfer the information to a thumb drive or CD+RW disc, and just put the disk in the other other computer and load it.

If both computers have usb inputs then you can just plug them together and go through the drives and retrieve the information or still being plug-ed in together via usb you can go to Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/Files and Settings Transfer Wizard.this will guide you through the steps..or you can go the long and painfull way and burn everything to disk..and the last way is to remove the drive on the new computer and put it in the old computer as a slave and copy paste all the information..these are all the different ways to transfer information from one computer to another so now you have all the information you need

If it s a intranet, you have to configure your firewall that the other Computer can see what is inside. Open a explorer and write the IP of the other PC ex.: //192.168.2.1

1.USB storage device
2.cat5 cable-ccross over setup.
Ip setup manually 192.168.0.x
and 192.168.0.x (x must be different on these 2 )
copy stuff on source PC to shared folder
copy from shared folder to a recepient PC.
There are other ways too-not sure what options you have.

One way is to use the base comm software and a null modem that inverts send/receive and clear to send/ready to send.
