Lfe doesnot necessarily depend on length but on the joyful moments you spent. As for experience somebody has rightly said," Experience is a hard teacher. It gives the test first and the lesson afterwards. So, experience is something natural not born or made. I hope you are not old enough to fret over it at this point of time and even if you are then just live your life the way you are right now - derive pleasure from every work, live large, make every moment special, if you are happy the others will be also happy. Don't worry and forget your sorrows.
ENJOY LIFE!!!
LIFE IS LARGE, MAKE THE MOST OF IT!!

According to Vedic Astrology,Vimsottari Dasa system, the life-span has been considered as 120 years in the present Yuga, and medium and short lives are also specified therein. There is no other documentation defining the span of long life in specific years.Till the living is enjoyed with happiness,to that extent is good life.
A person should remain occupied with self-development during first quarter, earning for livelihood including family maintenance and contribution to the social cause during second quarter, gradually withdrawing from the material activities and involving in the activities relevant to social and human benifits ,and depending on individual aptitudes getting engrossed in spritualism in the third quarter, and finally having contentment and endeavour for self-realisation .Life experience should be absence of regrets at the maximum extent.
The factors stated would bring happiness and contentment to the Self and others.

Good Writings. Life is long as long as it is good. Bad life is no life! The things the person feels is good and is spreading happiness is something very personal. It depends on the individual what makes him happy and contented. Looking around he can easily make out whether what he is doing is bringing cheer on the faces around him or not.

As long as you are happy and contended with whatever you have. A person should suffer a lot, a person develops patience by suffering, he develops self analysis power, he develops a nature to tolerate the possible nonsenses of other human beings etc., for contentment in old age he needs a caring family and freinds whom he would a developed over a period of time he would love to be pampered and interacted with his grandchildren and have a peaceful life with caring and attending children. Try to help others in their pain without making them feel you are obliging them and that will bring happiness kto others

A long life can vary depending on how much of peace one has in his everyday understanding with his beloved spouse/immediate family members - Life is precious and YET its delicate and can be messed up because of an unhealthy environment or being in the worng place at the wrong time - above all one has to accept their present situations without grumbling or being inquisitive about the neighbour's well-doing -learn to be satisfied with whatever your boiling POT holds for you by way of little things as one would term as GOD's Blessings and go with an everyday attitude to accept destiny saying Its really the ONE UP THERE who has placed you and your loved ones into this World of unpredictable realities -Keep smiling its not just an exercise to make you look beautiful and young its good for the heart and soul too -Smile through life's journey, its long and pains taking but you can be sure it will take you to your desitny -Ayesha Ahmed

Well, for me to be happy, ironically, I always have to be reaching for something that is beyond my grasp. I would need to feel like I was both an artist, and a work of art; like the story of my life was a good read, and had significance extending beyond my own limited time. Whether I live 40 years or 100, the same statements apply.
I can't say for sure what would make other people happy, although it seems to me that no one else is happy merely getting what they want, either.

a good long life is when you've live life to it's fullest...the experiences that a person will have within this long lifetime is everything they've wanted to do..like get married, have something meaningful, and the thing that brings happiness is being a positive person..and not keep grudges..and smiling is contagious, if you smile, it will cause someone else to smile ( well normally)

Good long life is as long as you experience it.
Gathering Knowledge is what everybody can do and experience bliss - look at the sky... pale blue mid-summer, golden evening, dark night - look at a forest, look at the ocean.
Budha said 'there are 2 roots of unhappiness: one-being separated from what you want to be with, two: being tied to what you do not want to be with'. Be with what you like and get away from what you don't like. You are happy. But first define what you like.
Spread your happiness to others.

Great people have not lived long. Jesus Christ, shankaracharya,
Alexander or Swami Vivekananda, to name a few.
Their Life has merged with infinity. Their time was compressed with so much for the man kind that they delivered what they wanted for years to follow and ponder over.
Living longer is by ones attitude to life.
Work while you work, play while you play and that is the way to be happy and gay.
When you have lived enough and feel old, bless other youngsters and leave your place to them happily.
