From Athens you can get a ferryboat that will take both you and your car to Cyprus. Actually the port of Athens which is Pireas.

driving it will most likely be a lot cheaper than shipping it & an oportunity for a roadtrip

obviously you can't drive it from greece to cyprus, i imagine that there are ferries though.
