F.O.B can either mean Fall out Boy which everyone explained is a popular band. Or F.O.B can mean "fresh off boat" which is used for immigrants entering the USA from a foreign country. My friend is from China and all his friends call him F.O.B.

ACTUALLY it means FREE ON BOARD. It is a shipping term. It
means that the seller pays for the transportation of the goods to the port of shipment plus the loading costs.
It is also commonly but incorrectly referred to as "Freight On Board".
