Gelatin comes from cows bones (usually) and helps with strong nails and shiny hair. It really does work as when I was pregnant I ate loads of the stuff and my nails and hair were in the best condition they had been in an age!

Jelly contains gelatin, a protein that makes nails strong. But gelatin is also found in any food that contains protein (i.e. meat, fruit, etc.) and it isn't necessary to make yourself eat a cube of jelly.

Rubbish!!!

Maybe Royal jelly and not Rowntree's strawberry!

Maybe it's something to do with the geletine used in jelly they get from melted hooves; which is the same stuff nails are made from, keratine.

it rather is largely a fable that ran around the sweetness circle for some years. It has now been shown that jelly/jello would not help your nails improve. a extra ideal determination is to get extra protein on your nutrition plan, that could help.

It is true, it's the gelatine in them that does ity, any more than one cube a day would be excess though and pointless. Try it, you will see results in a few weeks.
