It varies. Some use Rawlings, who makes a ten-panel ball that is required in community college play. Some of the big schools with Nike contracts for shoes and clothing also use Nike balls.
Spalding still makes a good ball that many colleges and high schools like, the TopFlite 1000.

i think the brand differs but the NCAA doesnt use leather balls, they use synthetic ones
