No kidding, I'm wigged out today. Usually I exercise, but that did me no good because I can't eat and I feel lightheaded.
I had my usual cuppa which helped some.
What do you do to relieve stress?

Honestly--go to the mall. Sit at the bar and people watch while I have a stiff drink or two. then set some little limit (like $150 or so) and buy whatever I want without going over the limit. Everybody loves shopping and the limit makes it like a little scavenger hunt for the best stuff, without breaking the bank. Good luck with your stress.

I know how you feel. When you are stressed you don't know what to do. I have had those days. I try and relax and do things I know will make me feel good and happy. I had one of those days yesterday, so I went shopping and bought myself something nice.
Chocolate helps too :o)
Sometimes to unwind at the end of the day I try yoga or exercise to some loud music.

I like to exercise like you but sometimes that just gets my heart rate up then it is worse. So I like to write, you draw makes me feel relaxed and instead of worrying about the world around me I can focus on just the project in front of me and not distracted by everyday stress.

I have a Piña Colada and pedicure night with my friends. If they are not avaliable, I rent some of my favorite movies and enjoy my own company, with Piña Colada in hand.

I relieve myself "manually" if you know what I mean. It releases the stress and gets you rid of depression.
