Your either going to have to make an appt with your eye doctor (so he can give you some eye drops) or wait until it heals on your own. Here is what you can do to relieve the symptoms:
Protect your eyes from dirt and other irritating substances.
Remove contact lenses, if you wear them.
Place cold compresses on your eyes.
Wash your face and eyelids with mild soap or baby shampoo and rinse with water to remove irritating substances.
Non-prescription "artificial tears," a type of eye drops, may help relieve itching and burning from irritating substances. (Note: Other types of eye drops may irritate the eyes and should not be used.) Do not use the same bottle of drops in the other eye if it is not infected.

Are you sure it was from sleeping with your contacts in? I've slept with them in on accident tons of times =/ , but I've never gotten pink eye from it. I DO get pink eye at random mornings, for some reason I'll go to sleep fine, then wake up with pink eye, I don't believe it was your contacts.
A lot of stores sell eye drops that reduce the effects of pink eye, but they don't make it go away, and you just have to wait it out until it goes away, so if you want one that just makes it go away and may also reduce effects, go to your doctor

Redness, irritation, watering of the eyes, itching are symptoms of conjunctivitis or Pink Eye . Antibiotic eye drops , cool or warm compresses with rest can reduce the discomfort . More details and remedies at http://eye-care.in/conjunctivitis.html

You need to go to the eye doctor RIGHT NOW! If you have pinkeye (conjunctivitis) it will not heal without medication and it is HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS!! Chances are you have some sort of injury/corneal scratch from sleeping in your contacts and if it ulcerates, you can LOSE YOUR VISION in that eye, so do not screw around with your sight. Go to the eye doctor NOW.

It is probably irritation from having them in over night. You should use some drops and prob take them out for 24 hours to let it rest.
