Type them into a column in Excel. Highlight the column. Then click on the A/Z button. It will do it in forward (A -Z), or reverse order (Z-A).

If you don't have the A/Z button on your tool bar. Highlight the column. Click data, then SORT.

Depends what software you have, but if you have a spreadsheet most of them are able to sort. bring up the help and search on 'sort'. Do the same if you have a wordprocessing package and you would rather use that.

Make the list as a table, click on tools (i think) and you will get an option to 'sort' click this and it will ask ascending/descending..

make yourself a little database. Find database wizard and follow the steps. HTH LOL
