mock the notion that guns dont kill people do by calling it bumper sticker philosphy. but answer this, what weapon ever made, has by itself chosen a victim, loaded its own magazines or cylinders, charged itself (means ****** and ready) and aimed at the chosen victim and fired, again on its own, killing its victims?

I don't know of many people that want all guns banned. Like you said, ppl kill not the guns.

I'm pro-gun ownership simply because the right to bear arms is in the constitution but I am opposed to having easy access an no control over automatic weapons, etc... nor allowing ppl commited of violent crimes to owning a weapon.

If we could find a way to keep the guns out of the bad apples of this country then they'd probably just do it more barbarically -- like with large blunt objects or knives.

Who needs an automatic rifle to kill a deer -- a bad shot!

Everyone has the right to bear arms -- heck I want to outgun anyone wanting to use a gun to come into my home...but at same time we do need to regulate as much as we can who ends up getting the guns.

guns dont kill people! people kill people. people will always kill with what ever means they can. if you take away all guns so the kookie types couldnt kill multiple targets at once, they killer types will think of something else. like homemade bombs made with ordinary household chemicals you can get from wal mart. what you gonna ban those too? if not that then they'll run people down with a car or truck. so really by disarming the citizens you are stripping them from the right to defend themselves
