Yeah, like the man said, I hated high school. I would come a lot closer to attending an elementary school reunion than a high school. I am successful enough in terms of money and career attainment. No star, but I'm happy...

I'm 45 and never have attended one single HS reunion yet...high school sucked if you were me, the uber-nerd. I already AM a big success, but still don't want to go to a reunion.

Yupper. It will be interesting to see old classmates. Being a success shouldn't stop anybody from a reunion.

I'd visit if I had friends I wanted to see, or if I had good memories that I wanted to visit then yes. If high school was a crappy time in my life I wouldn't waste my time. If your question is a "just to show them", well, that's dependent on how shallow a person is. Personally, that's not my shtick.

I think these re-unions are not about what you have become, but merely to re-live those high-school, care-free days. There is an interest on what you are doing etc.. but whether my friends are CEOs or just workers.. we have a good time and see one another for what they really are

I went. But not because I wanted to show anyone anything. I went to see how it all turned out and then left knowing that I had left that part of my life behind.
