Yes, Lightning McQueen and Mater are featured in the Star and Motorcars Parade at the Disney - MGM Studios at Walt Disney World. Besides that, there's plenty of Car merchandise.

Both Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater are in the Stars and Motor Cars Parade at MGM Studios. The parade is a lot of fun and the cars are really cool, a huge hit with the little ones, and the big ones too!
Aside from that, Lightning and Mater sometimes make appearances in MGM. I'm pretty sure they were still available for taking pictures during my last visit. Really cute pictures, especially if you have a Cars fan.
The merchandise for Cars is still pretty abundant in the parks. Clothes, pins, etc. are all pretty easy to find. The movie is still pretty popular, and as long as the movie is popular, you will still see plenty of things to buy.

Lightning and Mater come out at various times during the day over by the Xtreme Car Stunt Show at MGM Studio. They drive around a little bit, and then stop so that the kids can get close and take pictures. We bought all the Cars pins for my son's pin trading lanyard. LOTS OF FUN!
