when is it legal for a minor to date someone OVER the age of 18?...and is it legal for an 18 year old to date a 21 year old?

It is NEVER wise for anyone 18 or over to date a minor. There is always a possibility of getting thrown in jail for statutory rape.When you are 18, you can date who you want over 18 years old, or older.
