I keep hearing everyone rave about Grey's Anatomy. I have never seen it, but several people have said how good it is. How can I learn about the story line, etc so that I can start watching it and know what the heck is going on? How long has it been coming on? Is this the second season?

You could read the episode guide from ABC.com. If you have iTunes, you could listen to a Podcast of it on that, or, you could even rent the DVD's if they are available at your local video store.
They are in season 3. I also suggest reading the character bio's on ABC.com to ensure you get all the tid-bits of info. '

Greys Anatomy is about these surgeons and their lifes. Each one really has a story but I'll try to sum it down the show is narrated by meredith grey (intern) her mother was a famous surgeon then she got alzheimers and she just died last episode theres christina (intern) who isw now engaged to Dr. Burk after alot of drama Izzie who just lost her fiancee because she tried to get him into a heart transplant quicker by stopping his heart he made it through surgery but died anyway. she was on probation but is off now George used be in love with meredith but has since married kallie another surgeon Derek is merediths boyfriend they met at the beginning of the show then dereks wife addison showed up and he tried to make his marriage work after she cheated on him but it didnt they are divorced and hes back with meredith . meredith almost died the last time she was dead for a couple of hours after falling into the water and being hypothermic. but she finally pulled through there's alot to tell sorry it is kind of like a soap opera it sucks you in but there are some rally good story lines and medical cases that are interesting. You can buy the episodes on DVD if you get interested Also you can go to abc.com and look up the episodes aired and the plots
