im in 5th grade i all ready started my period and we take the sex ed what do they do im just nervous b/c ma teacher is a guy am i going to have a girl 2 talk to right (tell me all of the steps plz)

He'll tell you the basics and thats about it. He probably won't go into detail like girls will.. for example.. the pain/ cramps you'll have ect. A guy doesn't know how we will feel during our cycle all he knows is of the stuff people say. Don't relay on guys. The guy will probably show you a video about it and show all the parts that is takes place and what you're supposed to do and stuff. Don't stress over it, it's really nothing. Good Luck and remember you always have you're mom and other girls to talk to about this sort of stuff that men don't understand.

Talk to your mom about it or older sister if you have one. Do you have a female phys ed teacher? Or the school nurse could help you out. Don't be nervous, it's all part of growing up. Good Luck!

first of all ITS GOING TO BE OK! second for sex ed your supposed to have a female teacher for the girls and a male teacher for the boys. if not talk to your mom to talk to the school. i wouldn't want to be in you position so do something about it.

Buy tampons at Walgreen's. Your mom should be able to help to. Or I'm sure some ladies in the woman's section or health section can answer you on answers that way you won't get embarrassed

don't be nervous. the teacher knows what hes doing. and if you want to talk to a girl about it, than you can.
